    ORCID provides a persistent digital identifier that distinguishes any researcher from every other researcher and, through integration in key research workflows such as manuscript and grant submission, supports automated linkages between the researcher and his/her professional activities ensuring that his/her work is recognized. All role players in the e-workflow of this journal are required to use ORCIDs and include it as part of the metadata of individual records. Read more
